Refund Policy
Our policy regarding cancellation and refunds for AMOGS 2027 registrations.
1. Cancellation Deadline
All requests for cancellation and refunds must be received in writing (via email to amogs2027@gmail.com) by **30th December 2026**.
2. Refund Structure
Refunds will be processed based on the date of the written cancellation request:
- **On or before 30th November 2026:** 75% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- **1st December 2026 to 30th December 2026:** 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- **After 30th December 2026:** No refunds will be issued.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conclusion of the conference.
